I am a NASM Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Performance Enhancement Training, Post-Rehabilitation Strength Training and Crossfit.
As an Athlete, I personally have a background in competitive gymnastics, martial arts and Crossfit. I always have been passionate about the human body in movement. That's what lead me in studying Sports Sciences and Physiotherapy.
I strongly believe that the main reasons most people exercise, is to remain healthy, have a high quality of live and be the best version of themselves. These aspects are also on the forefront of my coaching philosophy.
In my approach I believe in empathy, authenticity, a genuine attempt in understanding the needs of my clients, establishing an objectif baseline and supporting my clients with all relevant tools at my disposal.
