Each session consists of warm-up exercises to increase mobility and flexibility, a flow sequence, and various postures which develop balance and support. For example in balance exercises all our attention is required to maintain the posture.
The sessions always end with a few minutes of breathing and relaxation. We make yoga and its benefits readily available to everyone, through non-judgmental, fun and open-minded classes.
