Recipe: Cereal bar

CEREAL BARS APRICOTS, ALMONDS, PUMPKIN SEEDS

Ingredients for 10 bars:

 

  • 70g agave syrup
  • 50g dried apricots
  • 40g of almonds
  • 270g rolled oats (mix of small and large flakes if possible)
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 20g pistachios
  • 60g oilseed puree
  • 50g of honey
  • 20g cane sugar
  • 40g rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

 

Preparation :

 

1) Preheat the oven to 160°C.

2) Heat the agave syrup and oil in a saucepan and mix well.

3) Cut the apricots into pieces, crush the almonds and mix all the ingredients. They should be well coated with oil and syrup.

4) Place the preparation in a rectangular or square dish and cover it with parchment paper.

5) Bake for 25 minutes.

6) Leave to rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven before cutting the bars.
