How to reduce salt in our diet?

by Marie De Giey

It’s a fact, we consume too much salt! Multiple studies have confirmed the impact of excess salt on the onset of cardiovascular disease and the risk of cancer or osteoporosis.

Salt is ubiquitous in our diet. It is added to all industrial products as a flavor enhancer. The best way to reduce the amount of salt you ingest per day is to: COOK.

Thanks to this, you will control the amount of salt you consume per day.
Choose raw products: fruits and vegetables, fish, poultry, cereals, legumes, fresh fruits.

Avoid prepared/frozen meals, crisps, sauces, biscuits, etc.
